LA Elite Management offers our members the convenience and flexibility of having a dedicated Project Manager and/or Personal Assistant that will be there for you on an as-needed basis. We treat our members like family, not just a customer. So whether you need assistance with your property, personal accommodations, or requests, we would be more than happy to assist you with your needs. 

Most households don’t need to hire full-time staff in order to care for their property or receive personal assistance. Especially, when it’s caring for their vacation homes, rental homes, secondary homes, vacant homes, or even primary homes. Therefore, having a membership will allow a wide range of services any household can benefit from. 

No payroll taxes and benefits. Having a membership will allow top-level support for 50-80% less than hiring in-house.

We work with a variety of customers. Whether it’s a busy entrepreneur or a single parent-family, all our clients are ambitious and live fast-paced lifestyles. They need some extra assistance to get what they need to be done, and we are there to assist.

When we receive a new client, a consultation is conducted to understand our client’s needs, our client chooses from the membership packages we have to offer, and from there is paired with a Project Manager and/or Personal Assistant suitable for meeting their needs.

We treat our members like family and friends. When you need to request service, just give us a call, send us a text, or email. Your Project Manager and/or Personal Assistant will then follow up with your request within an hour.

We currently provide service throughout Los Angeles County.

Our Project Managers are dedicated to becoming a part of your extended family. We encourage not only the Membership holder, but the holder’s entire family, to allow us to manage their needs, schedules, and projects.

Turnaround times are based both on your Project Manager and/or Personal Assistant and the vendors we work with. Luckily, we have the most professional and reliable team, who are known to provide high-quality results within our client’s desired timeframe. If for any reason, we find there to be a delay in your request, then you will be notified immediately of the situation directly by your Project Manager and/or Personal Assistant.

Your Project Manager and/or Personal Assistant is always available during business hours Monday – Friday from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm PST. We want our clients to know that they can feel comfortable asking for anything. If your request is ethical and legal, we will do our best to get it done. If there is something that your Project Manager and/or Personal Assistant deems to be undoable, then we will let you know within one business day of receiving the request.

We understand urgent needs do come up. Every membership comes with 24/7 – Remote after-hours support, so you can rest assured that someone will be there for you when an urgent situation arises.

No, your membership fee does not cover the costs of local professionals or third-party services. If you give your Project Manager and/or Personal Assistant permission to use a third-party company on your behalf, there will be an additional out-of-pocket cost, separate from your monthly membership fee.

Your membership will automatically renew, unless otherwise specified in your contract agreement.

We stand by our commitment to providing excellent services. Therefore, we have a risk-free, no minimum term, cancel anytime policy. Simply provide a 30-day notice of cancellation. It’s that simple! 

If you would like to cancel or change memberships, email a formal request to your Project Manager and/or Personal Assistant at our info@laelitemanagement.com email address. Your Project Manager and/or Personal Assistant will then assist you with the transition.

Our Project Managers and Personal Assistants undergo extensive privacy training, including cyber protection, and all our staff signs NDAs to protect our client’s private information. We use a secure payment system so your credit card information is never accessible by LA Elite Management staff.
